A great stay in Phoenix
This is a great place to stay in Phoenix. Jake is keen and attentive. We had good luck with public transit (buses) to downtown and Old Scottsdale from here Location is great. Stay here!

Clean and organized. Pool was great for the kids. Close to many amenities.
Overall experience was fantastic. The property is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Nice pool, great workout facilities. Can’t wait to return.

2018 Spring Training trip
The condo is nice and easy to get to, roomy enough for 2 couples. Easy access to the interstate to get to the different ball parks. The unit is nicely laid out and the pool is very nice. Only 2 cons I can think of, the unit is on the 3rd floor and the complex does not have an elevator which we did not know that till we got there, and you will get some street noise in the master bedroom. We ran a small fan in the room at night it did a good job of drowning out the traffic noise.

We had a wonderful time in Phoenix! Our Condo was clean and well cared for. Beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and Jacuzzi! Great place to stay!

Excellent experience!
Our overall experience renting this property was excellent. It is in a great location for what we planned to do - close to all the shopping, restaurants, quick access to the freeways and easy access to Glendale for sporting events! The gated complex was quiet, clean and felt very safe. The pool/hot tub area was well kept with lovely lounge chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the sunshine. The owner was very easy to communicate with, checked in with us periodically and gave clear check-in/check-out instructions. Having keyless entry meant no concern over lost keys and getting locked out. The unit itself was also very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes, spices etc. The en-suite laundry facilites worked well and there was detergent plus fabric softener for us to use. We did not use the computer and printer but it was a nice option that was provided. Jake even had a roll of bubble wrap and tape for guests if they needed to pack home breakables! The TVs were of great quality and there were clear instructions how to use and trouble shoot. The beds were extremely comfortable. The reason for my 4 start rather than a 5 star was only because the living room as well as the bedside tables did not have lamps. We found the overhead lights were too bright in the evening plus it would have been nice to be able to read in bed with softer lighting. The kitchen and dining room had dimmer switches which was nice. One other thing I will mention is that the unit faces north so if you like to have your morning coffee on the table outside, it may be cold in certain months of the year. Overall, we had a great experience in this property, would not hesitate to recommend it and would choose to stay there again if it is available. Thanks Jake for a wonderful time.!

Great Hotel Alternative
We were looking for a place to stay while moving about the Phoenix Scottsdale area. Pool and Hot tub were nice and the condo itself was very clean. Nice quiet location at night for our 1 year old to sleep. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Great condo!
Everything we needed was here for our one week stay. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes and glasses. There was a good selection of spices, salt and pepper and other food items. Plenty of paper products. The bed was comfortable. And a big priority for me, the condo was very clean!!!! Jake was quick to respond to questions before our arrival. We will be back in Phoenix a few times to visit our son before graduation and we will definitely check on the availability here. You can't go wrong with this rental!

Lots of pluses
As others have noted, the condo is very well equipped from kitchen spices to TP and paper towels to shampoo and conditioner. Nice location near many restaurants and stores and markets. Our grandchildren loved the heated pool.

A lovely, roomy apartment that was well equipped for our stay in Phoenix.
The apartment was in a great location for us. Close to many cafes and restaurants. Just a little noisy early in the mornings with neighbouring buildings doing garden maintainence! Otherwise a fantastic time here.
