Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade Excellent for large groups, families, and traveling sports teams! Spacious 6-bedroom home 15 mins from downtown, centrally located in the family-friendly Healy's Dutchtown neighborhood. 2 full bathrooms, 6 bedrooms with large beds, 2 sleeper sofas, and 9 air mattresses w/ sleeping bags! Early Check-in and Late Check-Out Specialists - just ask! Heated pool (use it year-round!) and Hot tub with 80 jets and 7 seats! House is wired for sound - 14 speakers to play music through the home. Our home is the perfect vacation home base and great for large groups. The house sleeps 22 with 6 bedrooms (1 California King, 4 queen-size beds and 1 double bed). An additional 2 sleeper sofas, 2 couches & 9 air mattresses w/ sleeping bags provide additional sleeping options. Near the sports teams, 10-15 minutes from the Suns, Diamondbacks, and Cardinals stadiums and 20 minutes from the airport. Plenty of parking in the driveway, wifi, 65" Smart TV in the main room and 55" Smart TV in the Master bedroom, both with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney, HBO Max and a Chromecast if you'd like to stream your own. The backyard includes high-quality patio furniture and total seating for 16 with 4 wrought iron chairs, 4 Adirondacks, 4 patio cloth chairs, 2 poolside recliners so that guests can relax in the sun. There is a new fire table and a 5-burner propane grill (fully stocked with gas and grill equipment) for guest use. LED patio lights decorate the porch and provide a refreshing glow in the evening. The whole house (all 6 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms) are available to my guests. I frequently chat by text with all my guests and responses come fastest via text message with any questions guests have. My neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Many kids on bikes and friendly neighbors can be found right outside the front door. However, please note that my neighborhood is NOT Scottsdale. My neighborhood is diverse and representative of Phoenix. If this is something you are not comfortable with, I encourage you to book a home in a suburb where the neighborhood is more homogenous. There are three beautiful public golf courses near my house with prices as low as $18 per 9 holes. You can book these online in advance using the City of Phoenix website. Also, if you like to bike, I live right on the bike path, which connects all of central Phoenix. You can enjoy biking all the way downtown without touching a busy street. I recommend renting a car in Phoenix as the city is very spread out, and public transportation is not great. Generally, you can get a car for $25 a day if you rent in advance and take the car from the PHX airport. House Rules 1\. No Parties. Please note that my home is for travelers from out of town ONLY and not a place for gatherings of people that live in the Phoenix area. Maximum of 4 cars at the property. I have had to ask guests to leave in the past for violating this policy. 2\. Outside noise after 10pm should be kept to a minimum. My neighbor's bedroom window is across the fence from the hot tub and she has been known to complain for excessive noise at night. 3\. Pool heating is absolutely FREE as long as you book 7 days or more before the check-in date. 4\. There is a security system in the house monitored by Link Interactive that provides guests with security for their possessions when they are away from the home. 5\. Please leave the house in as nice a shape as you find it! We are proud of our five stars ratings for cleanliness, charm, and hospitality. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Host was communicative and kind. Check in/out was easy. The house was adorable and clean, beds were comfy and the pool was warm enough to swim even in the evening and had plenty of toys/activities for the kids, the jacuzzi worked well. House is simple and basically as described. Amenities are present as listed. It just seems to be a little neglected. Care schedule is off so we arrived to overflowing dumpsters. Towel rack falling off the wall, broken sheetrock where door handle went through it. Drain in the master bath popped up weird. Kitchen supplies are a hodge podge, seems to be leftover stuff and leaves things roughly incomplete. Blender was full of mold- so disgusting. Cabinets seem dirty, no drawer stops so drawers pull all the way out and dump. Retro microwave- perhaps trying to be quirky but was small and hard to use. Freezer did not freeze properly and left us with melted popsicles all week. Biggest concerns were hot tub and pool. Within 48 hours of our arrival the hot tub stunk to high heavens and my son had a rash a nurse practitioner diagnosed as hot tub folliculitis caused by poorly maintained hot tubs. Another child in our group has a rash- not sure if it was the same thing or something from so much chemical in the pool. Host did respond to my concerns and sent someone to address pool and hot tub. Had missing supplies and a new blender delivered via Amazon. He was kind on the phone. It just seems as though this place is an afterthought and no one is really checking to make sure it is a solid place for famiies to stay. For the price of our stay, I most likely would not return to this poperty. ##### Chris G. We absolutely loved the pool & jacuzzi. There was enough room for everyone no one was tripping over anyone. My 93 year old Mom has Leukemia and a host of other conditions yet she is in very little pain and able to get up dress and feed herself. While she can remember us all we decided to get all of her children some of her grand children and a great grand child together again for what may be her last family holiday. We even captured a lot of this on film. We recorded stories from all of the family members and some close friends that are like family. This home and the warm welcoming environment the host created is the perfect backdrop to the Celebration of my Mothers life and the legacy of what she and my Dad created. We will have these memories forever. VRBO and our outstanding host played a big part in giving us a place perfect for hosting a large family and visitors comfortably. The host thought of everything and even has a ton of everything you need from household products to family game night and everything in between. A clean and quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the airport. This home was also close to shopping, very centrally located. A perfect family retreat. ##### Marsann M. This was such a great place to stay! Had a group of about 15 stay here while we went up to lake pleasant and it was perfect! Johnny was very accommodating and answered any questions during my stay very quickly! Even though we were a very large group there was enough space for everyone in both the house and backyard. We needed a spot that had several beds and a pool that wouldn’t break the bank and this place delivered. Eric was super easy to contact and was always available when needed.
