Unwind in this beautifully designed space blending comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities. Rest easy in your plush king bed, then enjoy coffee at the bar or on your private patio. ☕🌿  
  
Access top amenities: 💪 Full gym, 🏊‍♀️ pool, and 🧺 laundry room.  
  
Your modern desert retreat awaits — where comfort and wellness meet!  
  
Nestled on a serene ½-acre property with lush grass and mature trees, this peaceful oasis is perfect year-round. 🌳☀️  
  
A private gate at the rear of the lot opens to a scenic walking path just north of the home — ideal for peaceful morning strolls or sunset walks.  
  
The studios are located in the guest house, about 60 feet behind the main home. The main home may be intermittently occupied, and all amenities are shared respectfully among guests.  
  
Guests are welcome to enjoy all the relaxing and fun spaces this property has to offer, including:

🏊‍♀️ The pool area for sunny Arizona days  
  
🌿 The spacious yard surrounded by lush greenery

Mostly 1980’s built Custom homes on big lots.   
We are at the end of a cul-de-sac   
Only having one Neighbor to our south there is added privacy.  
To the north we have easy access to a canal with a bike path beside it. You’re sure to enjoy this quiet and safe neighborhood.  
  
This large lot provides lots of parking options. Plenty of parking is available in front of the main house, on the street, in the cul-de-sac. Or follow the gravel driveway to the tiny home and find parking options just outside the main entrance.  
  
This is the lower studio and there is a studio on the second floor. The laundry room and gym are shared between the two studios.  
Get togethers are allowed.  
There is an additional fee. Please message your manager to give details
