First of all, I received MULTIPLE ā€œwelcomeā€ texts prior to our check in date. . . that had the wrong date. Then, the day of our actual check in we never received our latch access until 4:30PM, after I texted them multiple times. Check in was simple once we received access, the condo was very clean but not in great condition. The dish washer was janky, the back sliding glass door lock didnā€™t work (VERY NERVE WRACKING seeing as though we had a low 2nd floor balcony) and there was no soap in the 1/2 bath. We spent most of our evening chatting in the living room but the furniture was too small & not comfortable at all!! I will say that the beds were so clean & comfortable and the showers were great!
