I enjoyed my stay because the checkin and out, pool, housekeeping, functionality was great. There was a huge dance party going on at the pool on a Sunday night, which surprised me. I would have bought earplugs. And the dining was less than expected. I'd recommend eating dinner elsewhere, but overall it just fine. I liked it. I do recommend it. Oh...the pillo

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to text a maintenance request and they got back almost immediately with maintenance at my door on minutes. That being said... The room was dusty and finishings are all chipped and worn.

So, it is a cannabis hotel. There are dedicated areas for it and rooms for it. There are areas in the halls that wreak. I did not know this will booking and was not okay with it but I couldn't find another room that wouldn't cost an absolute fortune due to a basketball thing happening over the weekend I was there. It is in the ghetto. There were a number of things that were broken in my room- the shower handle, the safety bar, several lights, the remote for the air conditioner. It wasn't the cleanest. The staff were very nice.

There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. We had to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper.The desk chair was broken, it would not rise up . I felt like a little kid sitting up to a big table.It was hard to do computer work. The staff were very friendly.

The building is older and has some chipped paint and normal wear, and the rooms are quite bare. But overall the hotel was clean and well cared for, the amenities were great, and the area was beautiful. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. All of the staff were kind, approachable, and helpful.

room was super spartan, no place to sit, no blow dryer, no luggage rack for suitcase, no closet, no ice machine on site. very disappointing as we were there several years ago and really enjoyed it

Read the reviews before booking. I made the mistake of booking based on price and found out that it was a 21 only hotel. They have bands playing on a nightly basis in their pool area and it was pretty loud so if you want a good night's sleep, this is not the place. If you like to party, this is the spot. They do end around 10pm however, you still have weird people lurking around. Our first night was tolerable due to the staff being very nice. However, there was a strange guy walking around, just staring at people and it was uncomfortable. The second night, one staff member was extremely rude and when I explained to him that we didn't have issues with staff the night before and the rules of the hotel. In the middle of the night, there was a woman screaming and it went on for hours before it went silent... this place is weird!! If you love to smoke pot, they have a private smoking area for you - I'm guessing that's the reason they have a resort fee? This place made no sense to me and I will never be booking here again.

Not having the restaurant open for cooked breakfast until 9AM and not open on Sunday's or Monday is disappointing for someone staying for business. Also having no working WIFI the entire time of my four day stay was also a big problem while trying to work....

The room was not what i expected at all it was bare echoed and didnt seem home like. I dont know how this place is rated a 4 star .... i wouldnt rate it a 1 but its certainly not at 4. I was very disapointed. The staff was friendly and helpful thats probably the only thing i would rate a 4 for this hotel .....

If you're thinking about staying here, don't. There are no phones in the units so forget about service. Blow dryer was broken, and no hot water. There was also no privacy screen on the window. You're only option is pull the blinds and you'll have a dark room.

There's nothing like a lukewarm shower to start the day.The amount of hot water is fixed no control. The Wednesday night roof music session was outrageously loud even though room was on third floor All in all simply not worth the price

Reading reviews from Google & Expedia, I almost cancelled my reservation. I’m glad I didn’t. We’re not drinkers, we do smoke cannabis. This hotel offers cannabis rooms so we’ve wanted to check it out. The room was clean. The bed was pretty comfy. The 2 room Suite was set up comfortably. Cannabis lounge - reminded me of an rec room, wasn’t impressed. Rooftop lounge- we didn’t see it as we were not digging the live music that was being played up there. Pool & Hot-tub looks really fun. Overall, we enjoyed just having a place we could get away, relax and smoke weed in our room.
