Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more! The Space: We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you! \- resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center and a large outdoor fireplace \- Pool access where allowed by season and weather! \- BBQ area \- Arcade \- Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, \-100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Washer/dryer \- Complimentary coffee! \- Patio Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 king bed Stairs may be required; not wheelchair accessible. Guest Access: Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The Neighborhood: We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Getting Around: Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere! Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Pros - - Location was great, - Room was fairly clean - It did have a outdoor patio - We did get prompt responses from the Agency running the rentals for that facility.Cons - The room was a bit less than shown on pictures and description. - It is a dormitory building with only a ground entrance and inside halways - No elevators for upper 2 floors - No early check in allowed - View from Patio was the wall of the other building - Furniture was not comfortable and bed was pretty worn out - You can hear verey clearly all movement from the adjacent rooms.BLUF: If you are just need a place to sleep and good locations for Spring BBall training this would be satisfactory. ##### Sean S.
