The Interior has golf course views on the east side and features a putting green. Gather in the gourmet kitchen with a coffee maker, which features updated cabinets and beautiful oversized quartz countertops that can accommodate and dine with 6 people. The back and side yards are created for entertaining. Select the perfect bottle of wine and enjoy the golf course view, or enjoy the beautiful weather in this fully landscaped, cozy backyard. The Master bedroom has a TV, a walk-in closet, and a large full bathroom with a tub. The large second bedroom is an en-suite. It has a bathroom and TV inside the room. The office is equipped with a docking station (desk with monitor) and can be used as an additional living space if needed. The home has a Built-in BBQ, 2 Covered patios, and Spectacular Golf Course Views. A good life awaits. This highly desired area is loaded with amenities such as an 18-hole golf course, workout facilities, tennis and basketball courts! This is Gilbert's ONLY private country club, available for those who choose to purchase memberships directly from the country club. This is an extra fee and does not come with the rental.
