➤ QUIET HOURS:  
10PM to 8AM. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $250 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again.  
➤ UNDISCLOSED PERSON:  
There will be a charge of $50 per night for any undisclosed person that is not included in the reservation count.  
➤ UNDISCLOSED PETS:  
There will be a charge of $500 for any undisclosed pet.  
➤ TAMPERING OF SECURITY DEVICES:  
You agree not to tamper with or disable the camera during your stay. If we notice that the camera was moved or disabled, you and your guests will be fined $500 and/or asked to leave immediately without a refund and are responsible to pay for any damage done to the device. This applies to any smoke detectors, carbon monoxide fixtures, or noise monitoring devices. I get alerts to my phone the moment something is touched.  
➤ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:  
Subject to availability. There is a small fee of $50 per hour if you would like to have an early check-in or check-out. UNAUTHORIZED early check-in or check-out will result in a fee of $100 per hour.

#### Had an excellent time

Myself and some friends / family were in Scottsdale for a golf trip. This property was an absolutely excellent home base. 20 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do (restaurants, casinos, golf courses) and a great place to unwind after a long day on the course. Master bathroom was the cherry on top, completely luxurious, will absolutely book again next time I am in the area.

We stayed at this house for our annual strategic meetings, just use the property during the day, but it was a good spot for our small group. Kitchen has tons of counter space, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are new and immaculate. Great spot for anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood in the Phoenix area…

#### Great Rental House!

Some extended family and I stayed at this property, in the area for a wedding, and it was perfect for what we needed. The location is great, good proximity to north PHX and Scottsdale and close to a grocery store so we didn’t have to go out for every meal. Host was very responsive when I reached out with questions. The one note I would make is that one of the rooms that has two beds in it doesn’t have a door, so not much privacy there and obviously open to sounds of the house (4 other normal bedrooms), but otherwise everything fit our needs perfectly!

#### Beautiful Interior But Not a $2.4 Million Home

This home is spacious with some beautiful updates and interior amenities, however, it is not a $2.4 million home as the tacky headline suggests. The neighborhood seems safe. The VRBO map shows the home bordering a wash/canal; not so. There are very close neighbors on 3 sides. Despite having verified a working hot tub prior to booking, the hot tub was not in working order. Neither the hot tub or pool have been serviced in quite some time. The pool was cold, dirty and the bottom drain cover is missing; which can create a dangerous suction issue. I emailed, texted and called several times to get the hot tub serviced with ZERO response from the manager. They did respond to the internet outage. “Unplug and plug back in”. Both porches have peeling paint and have been taken over by pigeons with nests and poop everywhere!
