The hotel is not clean. We immediately knew this was a bad idea when we walked into the lobby. It was not clean and kept up. The elevator was not clean and old. We smelled pot as we got to our room. Our room was above the main door to the lobby. The lights were bright and you could hear the cars and their speakers going at night. The room was not cleaned well. The door was falling apart. The overall feel was dirty. Luckily, we had to get up early for a flight so we could get out. Do not stay at this hotel. The picture they show is not what the hotel looks like. All rooms are accessed from the outside. The geounds are not weel kept. Do not staybhere.

Hotel website is a lie. No breakfast. Pool and hotub not heated, property poor condition. Photos not reflective of current condition on the property and rooms. Internet spotty at best, TV cable not working, non working hair dryers, bathroom in poor condition. Disappointing hotel

Incredibly dirty in all facets. All areas were filthy. The check in process was long and suspect. The door to our room did not lock so we ended up leaving. The poorest experience i ever had.

No cups, coffee maker in rooms. Beds were horrible and there were absolutely no blankets at all. Rooms were very dirty including toilet. They gave us one room at first which was even more dirtier smelling of cigarettes which made me sick. Shower was broken. Asking for more towels the second morning, they asked us to return the towels before they even gave us more. Refrigerator door was literally falling off and not operable spoiling my leftovers. Pool was disgusting which was why we even went there. Staff laughed at us when we brought up the concerns upon checking out. False advertising online

This hotel had everything out of service. Their fitness room and laundry room were out of service until further notice. Their hot tub was not hot. The property had very old furniture that was falling apart. The bed did not have a blanket, only two bedsheets. When we asked for a blanket, we were given an old blanket with blue stains and a cigarette burn on it. The room did not have a hair dryer, I had to request one. We weren't happy with this hotel at all.

Where is the ZERO STAR option?!? Shady business practices and horrific hotel. Tried checking in early and person behind the desk wanted $30 CASH to do that. Clearly didn't since that seemed like questionable behavior. Checked in after spring training and music festival around 11pm later that day. Long day and wanted to sleep. Got to the room and what a "wonderful" surprise. All we wanted to do was sleep since we were checking out in about 8 hours and it had been a long day. The hotels were also full and didn't think there were other rooms available based on checking in as well. Lamp on table between beds didn't work (power) Didn't have light bulbs. Tried to use facet in bathroom and cold water barely worked but the hot did. But the "BEST" part was the shower handle in the side of the tub which had been pulled off. At that point it was so late and we were so tired we just wanted to sleep. Went to check out and told Andy at the front desk. He said it was our own fault for not asking for a new room at midnight and he couldn't give us a discount (I paid $180 for the night). He offered us the next night discounted but, we were checking out to head to airport for home, did not seem like a logical solution. The maintenance guy behind the desk said "oh room 222, it's not working and I put a note in the system not to use it, it shouldn't be used". Check in was awkward, they kept asking what we wanted for a bed but we had already booked through Expedia. The room was beat up, furniture busted & worn out. Shower facet broken, doors water damaged. We ended up not staying there. Asked for a refund after being there only 10 minutes & they refused. Front desk was not concerned about the state of the room. Offered to show us another room but said all were the same. Will continue to fight for a refund.

We hit this property at a bad time. Due to supply chain issues, there was no breakfast or other dining. The Fitness Center, the Business Center, and the Laundry were all closed. The men's bathroom off the lobby was also out of order. The lobby staff were very good, and we checked in and out quickly.

We arrived on November 9th I called from the airport to ask if there was somewhere secure to store our luggage so we could spend the day shopping before checking in (as we arrive morning and couldn’t check in until the afternoon). They said yes. When we arrived, after traveling all day my daughter needed to use the bathroom but there was a water main break on the main floor so there was NO washroom to use. I then asked them to store our luggage and the manager simply said, “is there valuables in the bags?” Well, we hoped to leave all our bags but guess we couldn’t be cause we had lap tops so we said no and hoped to leave our 2 larger suitcases and we would continue to carry our back packs. He said just leave them in the lobby right there, don’t worry we are always here (with the door open to the parking lot and with “strange” people hanging out by the main door) We had to leave them out in the lobby with everyone to see or have access to, but we didn’t have a choice, our kids were hungry and we needed to use a bathroom. When we booked it said Breakfast was included as did the pictures show and still show (I believe the verbiage was removed from the expedia website) When we booked it listed fitness room but that was also no longer running (I have pictures of the front desk with the signs saying they weren't offering breakfast or the fitness We left our 2 suitcases and headed to eat and that's when I decided to cell expedia to see if they could move us but they couldn't ...
