This Lake side Townhouse has it all: Located one block away from major freeway for easy access to get in and out of town. 15 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. Nearby Metro bus route. The condo is a gated lakeside community, that is home to a private lake. There are dozens of eateries within a mile of the townhouse as well as movie theatre and kids adventure park and Crazy golf. The private lake can be fished in, catch and release only and has mostly carp in it. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants and Hwy 17 so easy access to additional shopping and restaurants. We Loved our many walks around the lake and miss it. Collette was always available for any questions we had. The pool was not heated, so that was a little disappointing. We will be back.
