Plenty of room to spread out and a nice backyard with a pool pay the extra to have the pool heated and it gives you day and night use. Our check-in was our issue. We arrived at noon and ask if we could check in early not only where we told absolutely not but the property manager basically scorned us and told us that it wasn’t their fault that we didn’t read the description that said no early check in or changes were allowed. We then found that although we had asked for the pool to be heated and paid in advance, it had not been turned on to heat. It took an extra day for the pool to warm up before we could use it. I probably would not rent again from a Casago Property management home. Unfortunately, we rented through VRBO but Casago was a second property manager and made us sign their agreement on top of the VRBO agreement and send additional personal information to them after we booked with VRBO. I am not sure this meets any of VRBO’s terms and conditions. ##### Sue S.
