Disappointing experience, but comfortable room

Pros: Clean room and comfortable bed.
The room itself was great. It was clean, the AC worked, there was a TV and everything in the bathroom functioned. It looked well-kept. However, the rest of the hotel experience was rotten. They claimed we were "not on the list" when we got there, but somehow knew we had paid through Expedia and told us to call them and deal with it. I was told they just got a new computer system and a lot of the reservations were lost, so even though they were familiar with my name and the agency that booked me, and I had my itinerary, they were not going to honor my reservation or even TRY to accommodate me. Fortunately, my name "surprisingly" appeared on the list and we got our room. All vending machines were out of order, the pool was green and abandoned, staff was scarce, ice room was all the way on the other side of the hotel. We had to have our keys reactivated at the front desk every time we got back to the hotel after going out. No TV channel list, WIFI password, phone number list or ANY information WHATSOEVER in the room. They charge for continental breakfast. A lot of the outside doors were left slightly open during the day - not very secure. Lobby bathrooms were out of the way and locked (which was unfortunate when my room key didn't work for the third time and I really had to go...). Overall feel of the hotel was dark, empty and running down. I was really surprised the room was good quality! Housekeeping did come by every morning and were very friendly. Location is mediocre.

Occult feeling

It's dark and silent. When I came in the room it didn't turn on the light and tried to turn on the other book light 2mins later turn off with weird sound. It makes me more scared. I won't come this hotel back again honestly.

Disappointing

Pros: The rooms are actually large.
Cons: Cleanliness, furniture, amenities, staffing, appointments, windows, screens,
The hotel is an older facility in desperate need of updating. Got the sense that the owners/management are running it into the ground, or perhaps bank run. Looks nothing like the pictures on the net. Non-smoking room very smoky. We will not book in this area again.

Stayed on a Tuesday night to be closer to airport

Location: Good mexican restaurant 5 minutes away...
I wasn't sure what to expect after reading reviews. For the price, you couldn't beat it. seemed like a good location, very easy to get on highway in a.m. It was quiet, and very comfortable bed/bedding. big bathroom. Hotel was a bit aged, but clean. easy and quick checkin. checkout. it was perfect for what we needed-just a quick 1 night stay on way back from Sedona. maybe a couple shady characters behind hotel where the nearest entrance to our room was. Did see PD cruise through the lot- so maybe some truth to some of the other reviews. but our experience was nice!

Our hotel stay for our conference

When we arrived we were not greeted happily. Matter of fact, she didn't even get up from the inside office. She seemed that we were a bother. I know that we all have bad days so I chalked it up to that. Well our other people that came in the next day to go to the conference were checking in, had the same issue. That is not the only issue. She proceeded to tell us that she does not have their reservations and did not even move from her chair to talk with them. Then we tried to give her the confirmation number she was snotty to them. Finally she called Expedia and got the info which took her forever. Check in normally takes about 5 to 10 minutes took almost an hour. While on the phone there was a little girl running back and forth behind the desk. I am sure this was taking her attention away from what she was trying to do. She was that way for another 2 days. When she wasn't there the other staff were very polite and came to us with interest in what they could do for us. On the decore it was dated but very clean and comfortable. Since we really only were there to sleep it was a reasonable price. I also heard from some one who was there that they we converting the hotel into a senior home soon. She was already living there. Kind of shocking but not surprising. Over all it was fine but they really need to get rid of the woman that has a bad attitude and it would lift the spirits of the place.

My stay was great

I have a great stay there da pool was good and kept clean but jacuzzi need to be fix and clean all the time plus also the hotel need security to many homeless people's walking in threw the door I and many people's stay in the hotel fell uncomfortable that need to be changed because I'm want to come back in August but I want to feel safe

Awful customer service

I showed up at this hotel at 9:30pm, just me and my 4 month old child. I had my reservation from Expedia, confirmation number and all, and the man working at the desk was just awful. He rudely informed me that I had to call expidia and have them fax over my information that I had in hand. We got it taken care of after expidia called him and was on the phone for 20 minutes but he was rude, unhelpful, and didn't seem to care that I was a 20something year old with an infant at night. The situation could have been handled in a much more professional way. I was not impressed and will not be staying there again. *the hotel itself was nice enough. But this one man ruined it for me. They need training in customer service.

Horrible, stay!

We got to the hotel and the staff reception was very rude !! Also the rooms smell bad the bathrooms were dirty ! And overall had a bad smell
