I also loved how close both Walmart and Safeway were in proximity to the house, it made stocking up on staples super easy. Yard is big enough for small dogs to roam around and there was also a large park/green belt less than a mile away. The house was very clean and had everything that you could need. Pool was heated as requested. Unfortunately the cleanliness of this property was lacking as the sheets in the main bedroom were dirty when we went to go to bed. There appeared to be human and pet hair under the covers. Towels in the closet were full of dust and dust bunnies. I also felt like I had to mop the floor as it was not very clean on arrival. There also appeared to be a lack of general maintenance of property with the cover on the pool bottom was missing, the fan in the main bedroom was stuck on high and some other maintenance issues neglected.
