Take a dip in the pool or spa and relax under the poolside pergola equipped with a Ping-Pong table and gas grills. Shoot some pool in the game room and maintain your home exercise routine in the fitness center.  
  
The condo itself comes recently updated and well-appointed for comfortable modern living. Plan family meals easily in the stainless steel full kitchen and relax in the open living area after the day's adventures. The enclosed balcony offers a shady spot for enjoying the outdoors away from the desert sun. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom for ultimate convenience and privacy. Smart TVs are equipped throughout the condo for flexible home entertainment. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The HOA controls the heating and cooling for this complex. Generally, cooling is turned on sometime in March, heating is turned on sometime in November, but it is based on local temperatures.  
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Been coming to Scottsdale for 38 strait years. Really liked the king beds in each bedroom. Also the short walking distance to Sprouts and several restaurants was super convenient.
