The house is lovely, it has been upgraded and updated and it's very clean. The decor is very minimal and just right. It had everything we needed. Lots of room for our family of 4 plus doggies. The property has a great backyard for the kids & dogs to play, my only tiny complaint is the need for backyard lighting. It would have been perfection, we could have spent a little more time enjoying the basketball hoop and fire pit. I had multiple questions throughout our stay and the hosts answered right away. Host was responsive to all questions asked. The home was awesome and the back yard was wonderful for our 3 yr old traveler. It was completely fenced in and we had no worries about safety. Visiting from a cold climate and being able to play outside all day made for a wonderful time. The arcade game was also a big hit. We also loved the space to spread out. There was plenty of space to relax and have quiet time. The location was perfect for us. ASU was close by but not crazy busy. There were plenty of grocery stores really close by as well as Walmart and many restaurants. The check-in process was super easy and check out was nice. I was a little nervous when I read that this was a pet friendly house since we have animal allergies, but I would never have guessed there were animals in the house. Everything was clean and I never saw any signs of pets inside or out of the house. Parking was easy and we felt completely safe. Youngest daughter was looking at ASU and we were able to navigate to both the Downtown and Tempe campuses easily.
