The layout has lots of room to hang with others or get some privacy. I didn't think our group would use the pool table or foosball table, but those ended up being huge hits for us. The backyard is quiet and relaxing. We stayed in December so didn't use the pool but enjoyed the hot tub. Communication with the property manager was great. The house was in the middle of all the golf courses we play this past weekend. The house was clean and very comfortable. Had an awesome pool table to continue our gambling ways. The interior layout of the house is extremely nice and comfortable. The master bath rates a solid 10! The downfall of the property is its backyard. Filthy dirty with junk strewn around, unswept of rocks, old window screens and debris. Pool sweeper did not operate during my entire stay. Hot Tub cover is ratty and worn.... it should have been replaced years ago. I will stay there again if I get confirmation the backyard is adequately addressed. ##### donald c. Sliding door to patio needs to be replaced. Pool and patio area are were dirty, pool thermometer broken and thrown in flower bed. Patio lights didn't work. The pool area was wonderful. The guest rooms were small but the master was fantastic. Our issues: - the internet and WiFi didn’t work. Someone hadn’t paid the bill (there was a notice on the door saying so). This sucked because it was a guys trip and we wanted to watch some games. - the door code kept not working. We got locked out a couple of times. They did answer when we called and helped us after about 20 min. At the time of this review I asked them for some sort of refund due to these issues and I have not heard back. ##### Daniel D.
