Easy to communicate with very accommodating. He met us on our arrival and gave us a wonderful orientation to his house. He even left some goodies in the fridge to get us started after our journey from the East Coast. The Community pool and hot tub are very conveniently located one block away. The house is well set up with a full kitchen and nice spices is left by the owner, and a full-size outdoor bbq grill and 2 gas heat lamps which we enjoyed on the chilly nights during our stay. Layout of the house was very enjoyable three separate bedrooms a lot different corners of the house allowing for privacy if one wants it. The owner also stocked the bathrooms with some amenities. The living room is spacious with large screen tv, cable, Apple TV, fast wireless internet. We rented several homes in the Scottsdale area and I give this one a top rating both for the layout, amenities of the house and the ease of communicating with the owner and his willingness to accommodate any reasonable requests and safety of the neighborhood .Would definitely rent again. ##### jeffrey M.
