Two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house, with the living, kitchen and game rooms in the middle. The Casita is detached and has a private entrance. It features a king size bed, full private bath and large closet. This home is nestled in the Talon Golf Course Community with the golf course all around. There are also trails for walking/riding and you can easily bicycle to restaurants and grocery stores. The house is fully loaded with all the household items you could want to make your self at home whether you are cooking a light meal or having a large dinner. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, linens, bath towels, and pool towels are also provided. Outdoors you will find a basketball court, putting green, hot tub, pool, BBQ, Bicycles, and patio all for guest use! Your own private resort. Transit: You will want a car to get around, but everything is very close and convenient. Just minutes from shopping and dining, golf courses surround the area. A couple of minutes to the 101 freeway where you can head south to the Casino's, Stadiums, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping and dining corridors and Old Town with Art Galleries, Fashion Square and great bars and restaurants. This is also very close to several hiking trails. The Gateway loop and others are within five minutes by car. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 30-40 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. HOUSE RULES: Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home. Guest registration required - Name of each Adult guest required for gate. Guard Gated Community.
