Nice property and pool. Very close to Footprint Center and Chase field. No water glasses or water in the room to drink was weird. They also need to vacuume under tables.

Staff were wonderful and all very helpful. Loved being able to text with questions and have them answered promptly. Only gripe would be to offer more seating around the pool. Several times the shaded area closest to the entryway had no seating and there was a need for several more lounge chairs that would easily have fit into the space.

Nice hotel and rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with room being cleaned. The service didn’t show up until 4:50 pm and we had just returned so we decided to pass. The hotel has a great pool and roof top bar. However the bar service was poor. Slow and inexperienced.

Parking is expensive. There is a baseball stadium nearby so traffic can get crazy with blocked streets. Room is clean but some of the furniture is very old (paint is peeling off) which need to be upgraded. Restaurants open at 11 am which is a bit late for breakfast.

I liked size of room, clean overall. I did not like lack of small refrigerator in room, no breakfast items with coffee or water bottles in room. Garage is not a great experience either at $30/day

This was the worst hotel i have stayed at the room was filthy and run down. Homeless everywhere was not safe. the room smelled like the people next to us were smoking pot all night woke up with a migraine ruined my hole weekend.

There are no coffee pots in the room. The party at the pool was very loud until late. If you’re vacationing and there to party, this would be a great place! But not a great stay for a work meeting.

I really liked the convenience of this property and all the amenities it offers. The staff was friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. My only qualms were that it was noisy at night from the bars and the air conditioning unit in my room made this rattle that drove me nuts but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Was a very nice stay. First time in AZ, for Game on Expo. Had a blast and the staff was great. Would and will likely stay again if I am in the area.

Had an amazing time. They were very considerate. I brought my elderly dad and it was cold at night and they brought a heater and blankets. Also food was good pool was heated. I will definitely come back soon.

Overall, a beautiful property in a wonderful location with restaurants and such. However, our room was fairly dirty, with areas of caked on/streaked discoloration to the side of the bed and across the front of the entertainment center. I felt bad calling, but ultimately requested they send someone the next morning to clean those specific areas. I was ensured it would be taken care of, but it was not and I ultimately cleaned the surfaces myself a few days later. No information given regarding the amenity fee and how to best utilize what was paid for. Online it said the fee would include a discount at the restaurants but this discount wasn’t received when I got my bill for room service. We also called for the advertised diffuser and a tooth brush, which were never received. Had several unexpected knocks on the door from staff attempting to deliver items for other rooms at late hours. Overall, was a lovely hotel and we’d stay again, but the service and cleanliness wasn’t what I anticipated for the price we paid.

The property is right in the middle of downtown. Easy walking to nearby restaurants or to have a cocktail. Fry’s grocery store is right on the corner and so is a CVS. Just in case you forgot to pack something. 24 hour valet parking available , $44 a day.The Hotel was clean and safe. They offer free coffee every morning on the second floor. Overall very nice hotel. I would highly recommend!!

We were so happy with our stay at the Kimpton. The service was exceptional and the hotel is so clean. We enjoyed drinks at the bar in the evenings and we walked to different restaurants in the area. Definitely a 5 star experience for us.

Staff was helpful and kind and the hotel was clean. However there were private events scheduled for everyday of our stay that kept us from the pool and rooftop bar. We were even removed from our chairs at the pool midday for a private event. It was frustrating to not be able to enjoy the amenities.
