We were 2 families of 4 (2 adults and 2 children between 11 and 16 for each family) and everything was just perfect. If we return to Phoenix, we will look to rent it again or see in the houses by the same owner. A few complaints - they need more pots and pans, the place wasn't very clean and we wished the largest bedroom had a king size bed. The bedrooms are setup nicely with all queens and kings, the beds were comfortable. Location close to all activities, old town, restaurants, golf. The only hard part is leaving! The house was very clean and organized, it was also very spacious which was great for the larger crowd. The island bar in the kitchen with large dining table worked great for meals at the house. The bedrooms all had a TV and having 3 baths was a huge bonus. The outside was great as we were in the pool most days and the hot tub was perfect temp for morning/evenings. We even watched march madness on the big screen from inside the pool! There were plenty of close restaurants and gas stations with Old Towne only a few minutes away.
