This home is all about entertainment no matter where you decide to spend your days. The enclosed backyard features a nice firepit, a covered patio with a loveseat, two chairs, a coffee table, a gas grill with light and a working sink on the island. There's a private outdoor swimming pool plus cornhole to enjoy. A new putting green allows golfers in the group to work out their short game and outside lighting means backyard entertainment can continue on into the evening! But don't be tricked into believing all fun is outside! Inside, the home boasts an inviting living room (note there is a step down into the living room) with a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable, a shuffleboard, and a sound dock. The dining area, besides hosting an eight-person dining table, features a foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances and a nice Keurig coffee maker. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. Pool can be heated for $85 per day. Requires a 2 day notice. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Went to home 2 hours early and checked to see if it was occupied. It was vacant. Used the texting feature to contact the management. Seemed like I was texting a robot. My request for early check in was denied with what appeared to be an automated response Not very personable and an attempt by management to contact the owner of the property should have been made Other than that, the home was excellent ##### Kevin S. Propane tanks were left empty so I had to fill them. Back yard needs weekly clean up of debri, no tools at rental to do that. Some items in disrepair. ##### Richard W. The back yard if full of spiders and spider webs all over the furniture also the pool is not clean, i dont think the vaccum works. It is very hard to contact vacasa and they lie and never return your call. I am still waiting for my refund of 25 a day.
