Mediocre hotel

Posted 21-Feb-2017
Cons: Need to get new matress and pillows for the rooms.
Check in was fast and easy. Hotel staff was friendly. However the bed was just awful. There were very thin pillows and a mattress with a very large indentation in it. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Don't stay at Days Inn Airport, Pheonix, AZ

Posted 16-Feb-2017
Bed was broke down. Shower in such bad shape we couldn't shower, no working TV, dirty, shuttle service wasn't called in time and caused us an hrs delay in getting back to airport to catch another shuttle to Prescott Valley. Camping would have had better amenities. BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER STAY AT Days Inn again!! Would have left but didn't have means of transportation!! Dorene Barker

Horrible hotel and staff

Posted 08-Feb-2017
First room, our door would not lock from the outside. It could be pushed open. The curtains were closed and held together with safety pins. Asked to change rooms because we wanted to explore but could not leave because of the faulty door (which they had no staff available to fix according to the front desk lady). Second room, smelled like a rotten mess. The front desk lady was useless and could care less about our comfort. Basically told us to call Expedia and then she literally left the building. They had no more rooms available for us to switch into. Phone etiquette was the worst. No professionalism at that place. Skip and spend a few extra dollars more at a way better establishment in a better part of the city.

Low price for near airport

Posted 21-Jan-2017
Easy to find. Some trouble with TV which they came promptly to fix. OK breakfast including cold and hot cereal, yogurt, apples. One of our 2 rooms did not have a refrig. Room had a safe. Furniture was worn looking, but bed comfortable. Bed skirt was too long. Room was cold, but heater worked. Big sink area inside room.

Worst hotel ever

Posted 18-Jan-2017
I stayed in my hotel for 10 minutes and I refused the stay there. It was an awful hotel. The man at the front desk was very nice though and seemed to understand why I was leaving

Just needed a place to stay overnight. They charged for coffee that was in the room (over $6.00 for the one single cup package I used). The place is nothing special, but it served a purpose.
