This time when I booked it, the process was different- difficult- frustrating. The check in instructions are lengthy and while you get a code for the elevator- it doesn’t work for all elevators . There was no note in the unit about the FOB and how to use it and I only saw the fob hanging near front door days after arriving. This fob would have allowed me greater access to all elevators and doors but there was no mention of it. I think the communication could be better. ##### cynthia b.
