Getting Around: Transportation options available in Phoenix include Van Buren/1st Ave, located 0.3 miles from the apartment. It is near Phoenix Sky Harbor International, located 5.9 miles or 12 minutes away, and Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located 32.7 miles or 44 minutes away. Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
