This condo is perfect for football, leisure, snowbirds, spring training, and business travelers! When you are done exploring the area, come take a dip in the jacuzzi with friends and enjoy a night by the fire pit! Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more! The Space: We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you! \- resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center and a large outdoor fireplace \- Pool access where allowed by season and weather! \- BBQ area \- Arcade \- Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, \-100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee! \- Patio Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Stairs may be required; wheelchair not accessible. Guest Access: Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The Neighborhood: We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building! Getting Around: Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere! Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
