The room was dirty: I rubbed my hand on the window ledge and it was black. Spilled water and wiped it up with a towel: the towel was black.
The pool was filthy with green scum.
The outside door was not locked: i.e. we didn't need the key card to get in.

Thank you for your survey and review about your stay with us at the Comfort Inn Chandler. We apologize for your dissatisfied experience. Certainly, this is the exception and not our standard. We appreciate our guests feedback and are able to provide correct actions for our guest's satisfaction. Our pool is high in phosphates that is causing the yellow tint to the water, due to staining of the plaster. We have a planned renovation beginning May 5, that will resolve the staining and provide time for our Sand filtration system to be renewed as well. I will review your experience with our Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that our Staff is aware of these cleanliness issues.
