Clean, comfortable room

I was only staying for 2 nights but it was good. No real issues the hotel staff was nice and the rooms were clean.

We found very little comfort at the comfort in...small room...weak breakfast.

Good location

Pros: Clean, very nice staff
Cons: It would be nice if there was a service elevator for the staff. The maintenance people had to bring anything broken and new up and down with guests.
Location: Nice location for shopping, tourist things to do, and dining. Also easy to get to he airport.
Two nights in Chandler, the room was clean and sufficient for our purpose. We were close to the things we wanted to do. Breakfast at the hotel was ok

Could hear people above us moving, opening doors, turning on water etc. Too much light comes thru the door at night. Vending machines don't take cash and were out of water on our floor. Pillows too small.

Won't stay here again.

The room was dirty: I rubbed my hand on the window ledge and it was black. Spilled water and wiped it up with a towel: the towel was black. The pool was filthy with green scum. The outside door was not locked: i.e. we didn't need the key card to get in.

Certainly, this is the exception and not our standard. We appreciate our guests feedback and are able to provide correct actions for our guest's satisfaction. Our pool is high in phosphates that is causing the yellow tint to the water, due to staining of the plaster. We have a planned renovation beginning May 5, that will resolve the staining and provide time for our Sand filtration system to be renewed as well. Hotel is ok

It took a long time to check in to this hotel. There was only one staffer to handle long lines until another finally came to help. The room was adequate. The continental breakfast was OK. Too many loud kids but it's a family place so it comes with the territory. Also, Chandler is way off the beaten path for going to spring training games. Next time I'll pick someplace closer.

Nice hotel conveniently located

Pros: Breakfast offerings were varied, decent wifi, quiet location
Cons: Pool needs to be heated - maybe solar blanket at night
Good breakfast, close to lots of good restaurants along Chandler Blvd
