This charming 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom desert contemporary vacation condo is perfect for couples and families. Located less than a mile from adorable and bustling downtown Gilbert, you can explore shops, restaurants, nightlife, and catch games at multiple Cactus League Spring Training venues. Due to Covid, the pool and hot tub are currently closed. The kitchen features a dining table for 6 as well as an island for additional seating and lots of counter space. No need to bring anything, you will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials including a modern coffee maker featuring a variety of pods… or brew a full pot of coffee. BONUS! Personal Chef services are available November-March. Ask about availability and pricing. There’s no shortage of digital entertainment with 2 smart TVs to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. and high speed internet. Need a digital detox? Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the patio while you peruse any one of the books or magazines we provide about Arizona and the Southwest. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Master bedroom has a king bed with cozy sitting area, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has a trendle (2 twins). Need to do laundry? A washer and dryer is available for use with soap and dryer sheets provided. This location is ideal for venturing out to sight see, cheer on a spring baseball game, golf (so many courses), shop, dine or catch a movie. Within 30 minutes or less you will discover some of Arizona’s best scenic hiking trails as well as boating or tubing on Saguaro or Canyon Lake. Right nearby are malls, movie theaters, water parks, day spas, hair and nail salons, grocery stores, urgent care and any amenity you can imagine.
