The pool area was clearly neglected, which was the main reason we booked this property. Even worse, the pool and spa heaters weren’t working during our stay, making the hot tub unusable. This was a huge letdown and significantly impacted our time there.Despite reaching out to the host with our concerns, the resolution offered felt inadequate given the circumstances.I typically don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel transparency is essential for future guests.
