billiard and card room, plus a well- equipped fitness and business center. Walking paths meander throughout the 22 plus
acres of Anasazi Village giving the feel of an oasis in the middle of town. Just across the street you will find “PV REIMAGINED” with construction of Phase One well under way. The newly reimagined PV features an expansive central park and community gathering place situated amongst a mecca of dining, entertainment, and retail experiences.

Located just minutes from the Mayo Clinic and Hospital, along with several medical centers. Within 1 mile or less is Costco, Target, Walmart, Sprouts Grocery Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, many restaurants and more.

Other things to Note:
1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details i.e. Make, Model, Color, License Plate.  and Terms of lease.
2. Guest also required to sign rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations to adhere to during stay.
3. Electric limit of $125.00, excess billed back to Guest.
