Cancelled an hour before check-in

Rightly or wrongly we were just getting into town after a 6 hour drive and we were cancelled an hour before we were scheduled to check-in. Left us scrambling for another place to stay during spring training when few listings are available

We would like some credit as we had to pay a lot of money on a hotel and tons of uber and irritation as they cancelled with notice. Unacceptable
