Near a metro station, Aloft Phoenix Airport is in an area with good airport proximity. Old Town and Mill Avenue District are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Papago Park and Tempe Town Lake. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Chase Field, or consider The Van Buren for a night out.
Three day stay for the Fiesta Bowl. Our room was sufficiently spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds could have been a bit more firm. (Mattress getting close to needing replaced but not uncomfortable.) We were on the second floor and the main issue that wasn't much of an issue (because we weren't in our room that much) were the people above us. What is with people walking around a hotel like a giraffe doing gymnastics? Please people - be aware that you are not at home. I don't know if they were unusually heavy footed but clearly not an issue you usually contend with in a newer hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. We did not request housekeeping as we were only there a few nights. Good value for a busy weekend in the Phoenix area!
