The stay was hassle free and really peaceful, my only complaint is at no fault to the staff or company which is that the power was out for our last night which resulted in no hot water for a shower or washing dishes

When turning the Air Con on the remote overrode the TV causing the TV not to work properly, so both the Air Con and TV wouldn't work at the same time . Apart from that all was good.

We loved our stay, Great spot short 100 meters walk to the beach is one of the best parks we have ever been to.

A great location
It was our 2nd trip to this holiday park. The location is great, close to shops and the beach. The holiday park itself could do with a few more on-site facilities like a pool and more play areas. The accommodation is comfortable with all that is needed for a get away. all in all, my 2 teenage kids enjoyed themselves with their friend who stayed next door.

I was not happy that there was only one small soap provided for 3 people and that I was asked to fill out pre check in information stating that we would check in by 2pm but the room was still being cleaned at that time. I liked that it was a short walk to the beach and it was easy to find. There was a playground and jumping pillow suitable for small children and pedal go cart available for hire

Love this property, great location and family friendly. Rooms are small but more than enough if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Gets very cold at night and the only downside for me was the split system in the living room barely warms up the bedrooms. Other than that, we would highly recommend Big 4!

The cabin was ample for our needs, all the amenities and activities available for the children were fantastic. We had a bit of difficulty connecting to the internet, which we should of enquired about prior to the office closing. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.
