College week
Old / outdated building, apartment kitchen & living was renew & ok. Bedrooms ok , but one had very sketchy Shower and bathroom was not good! Cheap quality , location was good for University city (our child was first week ) we chose for the 2cnd bedroom rather than 2 hotel rooms across the rooms across the River . Mybwife was unhappy

Had a meeting scheduled in center city and we booked 7 properties with Renaissance, They were centrally located, responsive, and all the amenities were great especially the sporting club at the bellevue hotel which is awesome! Thanks for a great stay, will definitely stay again

Great Apartment!
Great Alternative to a hotel, would stay again! Located only 3 blocks from Rittenhouse Square, Great location for my family, walking stances to everything, Food and shopping were great! Renaissance was very responsive to all my requests

It is NOT a hotel
This was advertised in Expedia as a hotel. It was not only NOT a hotel, but it was also extremely hard to find. My taxi driver when around the block for 30 minutes trying to find the place. And it is also non-refundable. So after this awful experience, with rain pouring down, I gave up and I was out over $1300.00. Will never use Expedia again, and would not recommend this "hotel" which was just someone's apartment, ever.

Horrible stay!
Totally misleading photos and description of the property that led me to book the place. Felt like crying min we got there cuz we had paid already and so was stuck there. Very small and very very run down. Nicely ignored to put that apartment had just one bathroom for the two bedrooms. Bathroom window had no blinds! N bathtub gets clogged with a shower. Blinds gets messed if we open or close, master bedroom had a huge gaping hole in window n it was freezing despite heater n a crappy attempt to seal the gap. Washer/dryer was broken. Boasts of location but it's way off rittenhouse sq n feels very dodgy at night. Mentioned parking in description but there was none. We had to roam streets for parking and most nights had to park blocks away and super expensive. All of above while we had a 17month toddler! Oah n the building stinks!!! N basement is super scary where u have to go for laundry n disposing of garbage.
