Grt help & accom. for wedding, meals, bars, sushi.

Pros: Everything, I can even understand the double billing.. Seven months between, new year.
Cons: Just that $213 extra..
Location: Walked to McD's & WaWa.
One problem.... they double billed me. We booked through Expedia last May, paid last May...got rebilled 01/01/ 2016 on AMEX

Pros: I liked that the room was clean.
Cons: Before the Expedia representatives make a reservation they need to inform the person about what is and isn't included in their package.
When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by one of the front desk personnel. I gave her my ID and told her that I have a reservation for the day that I was checking in. She informed me that she could not find my name in their system. I told her that I booked it through Expedia. After searching for a while she finally found my reservation. Next she began to tell me that the hotel will hold $30.00 on my bank card just in case i used the internet wanted breakfast or made an order for a meal to my room. I told her that when I booked the room through Expedia the representative didn't mention any of the extra charges that she was telling me.Usually when I make reservations for a hotel the internet and breakfast comes along with the reservation. She also told me that there would be a $20.00 fee per night for the parking. The day that I checked out of the hotel I asked another front desk clerk could I get a print out of what was charged to my card. The clerk told me that they could not access it because I booked that hotel room through Expedia. I will never stay at this hotel again or book another hotel through Expedia.

My spouse stayed there for a friend's wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to us since it was our first visit. The room was nice once we figured out how the thermostat worked. Wood stay here again if I come back to Philly.

I was so turned off from all the hidden charges that we got from ordering through Expedia . Parking your car in the scary garage late at night was not fun To pay for Internet service parking and breakfast was absurd

Clean room and bathroom. Thought had free wifi but was told since booked through Expedia that I'm precluded from getting that perk.

At a wedding all day, arrived and asked for porter.. None available. Went to front desk, only one wonderful gal to help us. She did, but she did not have any hotel support to hastily get us in our room. Room was clean and comfortable.

Complete and Total Disorder

Cons: Customer service!!!!!!!!!
I called the hotel the night before my reservation to inform them that I would be late checking in and I told them to expect me at about 10:00 at night. The hotel informed me that they had no reservation under my name. I called Expedia and they called the hotel. The hotel had me booked under the wrong name. I attempted to check in to the hotel at 9:30 at night and was told that my room wasn't cleaned yet and that it would require another twenty minutes before my room was ready. Forty five minutes later, my room was finally ready and I went up to it. I attempted to call the front desk for more bath towels and discovered that the concierge button on the phone didn't work. After dialing 0 for the hotel operator and explaining what I needed, I eventually got the towels. They were delivered by the security guard.
