Room was nice and clean, and the staff was very courteous. Starbucks in the lobby, parking was free :-) Would stay again. Note - Wifi NOT FREE

Not as nice as the pictures on the website. Plus, I didn't get free WiFi. I was asked to pay $9 per day.

4:30 a.m. Danger Alert

Posted 26-Apr-2016
Pros: Easy access from Turnpike.
Cons: Needs swimming lane in pool so you can swim, even if pool is filled with kids. In house restaurant could offer more variety and lower cost.
Check in went well. The next day we went to pool for a swim around 7 p.m. Much to our dismay we were surrounded by families with many children in the water. There were half a dozen fathers carrying children too young to swim and others encouraging their children to play games. We felt like we were in the middle of a city pool in the middle of a hot day. Screaming and splashing echoed throughout the pool area. There was no chance to use the hot tub. When we inquired at the desk if there was a special event going on, they shrugged and said there was not. People in the neighborhood who don't have pools book a room to be able to swim in the pool. At 4:30 A.M. on the night before we were to check out the hotel sounded an alarm indicating imminent danger in the hotel. There was supposed to be further instructions but none were forthcoming and the alarm kept blasting. When no further instructions were given we headed to the stairs and walked down 8 flights of stairs. Guests of the hotel flooded to the outside. No explanations were given to guests. We walked to the front of the hotel and were greeted with flashing lights from fire engines . Guests were being let into the lobby. Only when I asked a policeman at the door did I hear that there had been a concern in the kitchen area. No explanation was ever received from hotel staff.

Great location, comfortable and pleasant.

Posted 24-Apr-2016
Pros: Newly renovated and lovely, with easy parking, nice restaurant on site, friendly staff, pool and workout area, and comfortable rooms.
Cons: More toiletries in the room (shampoo, soap, etc.). Perhaps a coffee pot/tea bags. Wish there were a Starbucks-type spot in or near the hotel.
We stay at this hotel once or twice a year when visiting family nearby. The staff is always warm and welcoming and the location is great -- close to highways, with shopping and restaurants just a short ride away. Our kids love the Philly soft pretzels that greet you when you arrive and we're grateful for the hot coffee in the lobby in the morning. Our room was immaculate, but with two teenagers it was a little snug. Perhaps time for a suite :).

Accomidations were great. Nachos at bar should consider a different cheese

Wouldn't recommend for out-of-towners

Posted 19-Apr-2016 on Hotels
My boyfriend and I stayed for a trip to downtown Philly from NY. It seemed as though this hotel is a place for sports/business by local Philadelphians. There was a judgmental vibe for looking casual by both the staff and other occupiers. Wouldnt recommend breakfast at all. slow service and the food was lacking. The staff were uninformative, and rude about it. We got no info upon check-in. Area is a little stuck up and with no reason to be. The room service and maid service were very good however. I don't think I will staying again.

Surprisingly nice for the money.Location was great.Hotel was right off 76 with local convenient store and McDonalds in walking distance. Quaint town nearby.Seems that hotels by King of Prussia are booked faster and are more expensive.I would recommend this hotel over many of those options. This is a top quality hotel. Rooms and lobby were new and clean. Only negative was that there were two double beds in the room instead of 2 queen size beds. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.
