Sitting in the Northern Liberties Neighborhood of Philadelphia, and just steps from Fishtown, you will have everything you'll need just a very short walk from the house- great bars and restaurants, shopping, easy access to public transportation, night life, and great shopping. Step in through the front door and notice the bright, open concept of the airy living room area, complete with a sleeper couch, 2 chairs, coffee table and 65 inch Roku Smart TV. Moving toward the back of the house you will see the dining area and also the kitchen including designer tile backsplash, custom cabinets, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen, you can walk out the back door to your private backyard sitting area with a small table and chairs, over head string lights and charcoal grill- a perfect spot for your morning Coffee. Walk upstairs and you will find the hallway full bathroom, featuring gorgeous modern tile work, fluffy towels, tub and shower combo, and provided shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. To the right of the bathroom you can walk into the back bedroom with luxurious KING size bed, wall mounted Roku Smart TV, extra blankets and pillows, and nice closet space. On the left of the bathroom you will see the sunny front bedroom with 2 full size beds, nice Roku wall mounted smart TV, full size closet, and other creature comforts. Finally, you can walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor primary suite, boasting a comfy queen size bed and mattress, sitting area, wall mounted roku smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower, trendy fixtures and tilework, and shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash provided. The laundry area with washer and dryer are in the basement with included detergent, in case you would like to do laundry during your stay with us. Location was very good with great places for food and coffee within walking distance. There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. Everything was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, homey and convenient. This location is perhaps on the edge of Fishtown, but still within a 15 minute walk of everything the neighborhood has to offer. Would love to stay here again! ##### Andrey A. We stayed at this property for a friends reconnecting weekend. The six of us have been friends for 20 plus years but live in different cities and the pandemic has made it hard to see each other. Philly was central location and the home was warm, cozy and stylish. Jon our host was so attentive and gave us so much detailed information, it allowed us to have an relaxing enjoyable trip! We enjoyed our time in the house talking and cooking and loved being able to walk to restaurants. First Off, I’d like to flat out mention that Jon & Gabe are great hosts. They both were both super nice, super understanding, and were just overly pleasant to work with. The property itself was gorgeous. Had a clean modern look and felt comfortable. The beds were memory foam which I personally enjoyed and loved as did my fellow guests. The house itself is about two minutes from a delicious take out spot called Love and Honey fried Chicken. (Probably the best chicken I’ve ever had) All in all, I enjoyed the hosts as well as the house. Will definitely come back! ##### Carter C. Right next to the train station and Fishtown where we spent a lot of our time. The unit had a nice kitchen and living room area with cooking utensils and non stick pans. Owners were very communicative, friendly and accommodating. Portable fans and heaters if you need them. Very comfortable tempurpedic mattresses. There is grocery right around the corner and a great yoga and barre studio within 2 minutes of the apt. Lots of stairs as is the norm for Philly. We will definitely book again. ##### Julie B. Great place to relax and reinvigorate after a day of touring. It was a rainy weekend so we couldn’t enjoy the patio. Very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Parking can be difficult so we parked our car and used rideshare for our outings which worked fine. If we come back we will happily stay here again. The hosts were easy to correspond with and they were proactive sending information about the property with an excellent welcome link. They were quick to respond to emails. ##### Jean M. We stayed only two nights here while exploring Philly on a long weekend, but could not have asked for more comfortable and well-appointed accommodations. We received clear communication from our hosts prior to check in and throughout our stay. Check in was simple and the house was spotless when we arrived. They thought of everything... games, Roku TVs, simple toiletries, hairdryer, kitchen amenities... everything you might need. Beds were extremely comfortable, showers were nice and warm, and the space was perfect for our girls' weekend. The guidebook provided was thorough and helpful, and the house was within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and bars in Fishtown and Northern Liberties. I highly recommend this property for groups of 4-6.; the only downside was construction happening right outside the front windows, but that should be completed soon and shouldn't discourage you from staying at this ideal spot. ##### Lori J. Our daughter lives only a 10 minute walk away and it was amazing to be so close. We walked to breakfast and lunch and were a 10 minute drive to shopping and bars. The place is clean and great for three - and with two double beds in one bedroom it would be easy to have 4 people or 4 couples. Reviews have mentioned the steep stairs and that is true - they are steep! But our Philly friends tell us that’s a true older Philly home. After a few trips up and down it wasn’t an issue. Nice kitchen and living space. The beds were very comfortable. Each room had a nice fan to stay cool and provide some white noise. The neighborhood was not an issue at all - felt safe and as I said we walked everywhere every day.
