We had to pay a large cleaning fee, so naturally expected the place to be clean, but it was filthy! From food grime on/in the refrigerator and microwave to spit on the bathroom sink faucets. We even found a used toothbrush in the sink cabinet drawer. There was dirt and hair everywhere: on the floors and baseboards, in the showers (mold too!)… disgusting! We contacted the owner and the only offer was to have a cleaning crew come in WHILE we were there! We naturally did not want to be disturbed by a cleaning crew during our short 3-day stay for something that should have been done PRIOR to our arrival! They would not reimburse us even a portion of the cleaning fee. Obviously, they just don't care about their guests! The linens/towels did seem to be clean, but really who knows?! I question what they use the cleaning fee for. Also, parking is tricky, as there is no designated space for this property and the nearest (pay) parking lot is few blocks away.
