Worst hotel Ive stayed at in years

Cons: The staff needs to learn better service
I was to stay here for three nights, but checked out after 1 night. People were screaming all night. I called the front desk several times to ask them to do something about it, but they NEVER answered the phone. First time I've ever felt unsafe at a hotel in many years of travelling.

This was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience of my life. I have travelled all over the world and this is the first time I felt unsafe. People in a screaming argument from 2 am until 6:30 am. I called the desk multiple times and they NEVER answered. i moved to another hotel down the street and had a much better stay

Snowing and hotel staff wanted us to walk two blocks at midnight on icey sidewalks to another hotel even though I had confirmed the room for late arrival.

Good location, excellent room, "iffy" public space

Pros: Location, clean quiet rooms.
Cons: Elevator lounge on at least one floor needs rehabilitation and carpet replacement.
Location: Across the street from Convention Center, a block from Reading Terminal Market, 4 blocks from City Hall and Love Park.
A welcoming reception started our visit off right, but then the elevator door opened on a dilapidated elevator lounge with soiled carpeting, causing us concern. Not to worry: the room itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, with a good, well-appointed bathroom. We would certainly stay here again. The attached bar/restaurant, Cherry Lounge, is not one of the hotel's strong points. Fortunately, the Four Points is only a block from the Reading Terminal Market and nearby fast casual restaurants for breakfast or lunch (the Market closes at 6 PM). For dinner choices, the hotel is on the border of a dynamic Chinatown, but for other cuisine you need to travel some distance. There are a couple of inexpensive parking lots nearby offering overnight parking (we paid $25 for 1-1/2 days).

Cons: Shampoo in shampoo dispenser was empty. I asked hotel front desk to replenish but house keeping did not take care of this issue.

Great hotel in downtown Philadelphia

I found it to be a pretty clean hotel with friendly staff. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. Close to public transportation and some cool local shops. Only stayed a night but I would definitely recommend it

Pros: The hotel is in center city directly adjacent to the covention center, center city stores and eateries and transportation.
Cons: off street parking in the area is an issue, but there are pay for use parking lots near by
The staff, accommodations, facilities and location are all perfect. I have stayed here more than once and will definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing hotel

Very disappointing hotel, almost makes me reconsider if I will ever risk a Four Point again. Positive: the staff were very friendly. Everything is downhill from there. The rooms are tiny. The window is almost non-existent so feels like staying in a shoe box. The air conditioner duct is right next to the bed and is LOUD. Carpets were dirty and there was strands of hair from the previous guest on the bed. It was so uncomfortable that I checked out within hours of checking in and moved to another hotel. Will surely not stay here again or recommend for anyone.

Stained bathroom walls.

The bathroom was gross. But the pancakes at the restaurant were amazing.
