At first we weren't sure of hotel, because of the outside of the building. But I must say, they prove me wrong. Rooms clean. Nice view. Breakfast and staff was very nice. So we will book this hotel again . Thank you

Road Trip To Phily

Posted 23-Apr-2017
Pros: convenient location, room cleanliness
Cons: staff just ok
Location: We stayed 3 nights in Philly, we liked our stay however as we live in Boston we were a bit disappointed. The science Museum is interesting.
We stayed 3 nights at the Four Points by Sheraton City Center, the hotel is located close to the convention center and Chinatown. Avoid parking just across the hotel ($35 per 24h) there is a public EZ parking which is cheaper ($17 per 24h) around the corner.

Hotel and location was adequate but not great.

Posted 23-Apr-2017
Parking was a public lot across the street. Hotel was on the wrong side of the Convention Center away from shops and restaurants. It was an okay location about a 1 mile walk to Independence Hall area. Staff was helpful and pleasant and price was right. Sink in bathroom was stopped up and didn't drain all night.

Worst hotel Ive stayed at in years

Posted 20-Mar-2017
Cons: The staff needs to learn better service
I was to stay here for three nights, but checked out after 1 night. People were screaming all night. I called the front desk several times to ask them to do something about it, but they NEVER answered the phone. First time I've ever felt unsafe at a hotel in many years of travelling.

Screaming guests and inattentice staff

Posted 18-Mar-2017
This was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience of my life. I have travelled all over the world and this is the first time I felt unsafe. People in a screaming argument from 2 am until 6:30 am. I called the desk multiple times and they NEVER answered. i moved to another hotel down the street and had a much better stay

Good location, excellent room, "iffy" public space

Posted 11-Mar-2017
Pros: Location, clean quiet rooms.
Cons: Elevator lounge on at least one floor needs rehabilitation and carpet replacement.
Location: Across the street from Convention Center, a block from Reading Terminal Market, 4 blocks from City Hall and Love Park.
A welcoming reception started our visit off right, but then the elevator door opened on a dilapidated elevator lounge with soiled carpeting, causing us concern. Not to worry: the room itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, with a good, well-appointed bathroom. We would certainly stay here again. The attached bar/restaurant, Cherry Lounge, is not one of the hotel's strong points. Fortunately, the Four Points is only a block from the Reading Terminal Market and nearby fast casual restaurants for breakfast or lunch (the Market closes at 6 PM). For dinner choices, the hotel is on the border of a dynamic Chinatown, but for other cuisine you need to travel some distance. There are a couple of inexpensive parking lots nearby offering overnight parking (we paid $25 for 1-1/2 days).
