Includes Microwave, all cooking utensils, dishware, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, all provided for your comfort and convenience. We have a nice clean bathroom with a stand up shower and tub, toilet, vanity and mirror. We have also provided a comfortable sofa bed which can faces the flat screen TV and allows you to binge watch your favorite streaming shows. Reliable wifi, comfortable apartment, and a great location makes this a great choice for your stay. Located on the 1st floor of this traditional historical style Philadelphia building, this location, apartment and deal is a real opportunity. There is a coin operated community washer and dryer located on the lower level area available 24 hours a day. We happily accept pets and require a monthly pet fee, your pet must be house trained. Parking is also available in the area. You have a choice to find a spot and park sometime restrictions exist depending on the time of day but free overnight.
