The property was perfect, clean comfortable, roomy. The neighborhood was amazing to walk around. It seems everyone had decorated for Halloween, and we walked through at night, taking pictures. We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a wonderful location with free street parking during the weekend, which was wonderful for our large pick up. It was also wonderful that the property had a ground floor living area with only 4-5 steps for the entry, since we were bringing in our bikes for the Philly Bike ride on the 19th. The living area was large and comfortable, with cable tv, and there was a small enclosed yard. The bedrooms were as described and beds were comfortable. Check in was easy as were check out instructions. The only caution I’d give to future guests is that this property is currently for sale, and supplies were a little spotty - no soap for the showers, no dishwashing detergent. We were fine for our short stay but good to ask about this if you;re staying longer. We absolutely loved the neighborhood though! Great parks and friendly restaurants nearby, coffee shops, and close to transit. Would definitely stay there again! ##### Ann W. Here’s the rundown of our experience: - Great location in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to everything… grocery, coffee, and lots of nice restaurants. Definitely felt safe in the home and in the neighborhood. - Home is very spacious and linens were clean. King and queen bed were comfortable. The third bedroom is two twin beds and totally set up for children, so not so comfortable for adults. Also, heat rises, so the third floor (where the twin bedroom is) gets very toasty. We think that there is a fourth bedroom up there with a futon (based on what the listing says), but it was locked. - The home is for sale and it is obvious that the owner’s priority is staging it to sell, not making it a special vacation rental. Aside from the quirky things that other reviews listed (hole in the floor, huge crack in the sink, and other unfinished remodeling projects), it is missing things like garbage cans in the bathrooms, hand towels in the kitchen, toilet paper holders, and other amenities that make you feel like a valued guest. They’ve got random stuff crammed in the corner of the kitchen, tiles stacked on the countertop, and multiple drawers in the kitchen are full of tools and random personal items. Even then, the top bedroom stayed quite warm. We borrowed a box fan from family which helped quite a bit in that room. Home suffered from typical rental type issues-damaged furniture being the main one, but overall, it was a beautiful home in the perfect location for our needs. ##### Angela B.
