There are some hotel-like amentites: they'll make up your room and provide fresh towels, but there is no room service and their English is just workable. Overall we loved it. "Wir sind eine größere Gruppe von Freunden gewesen und für uns war dieses Ferienhaus einfach perfekt. Wir hatten genug Platz zum Parken und das Haus war auch sehr geräumig eingerichtet. Die Küchen (wir benötigten nur die untere im EG) war ausreichend eingerichtet mit allen Utensilien zum gemeinssmen Kochen. Wetterbedingt mussten wir leider die Erkundung der Umgebung und die Nutzung des Gartens einschränken, aber das ist natürlich nicht die Schuld des Vermieters. Some challenges getting in touch with hotel management as we had access issues. On the plus, they were polite and did do their best to be helpful once we connected.
