Very comfortable stay
A very pleasant stay with a warm welcome and good humoured staff who spoke excellent English. Parking at the front of the hotel and although 30 minute walk to the city. Less than 7euro taxi ride. My partner would have preferred a power socket next to the full length mirror in the room. Otherwise perfect.

Really comfortable with underground safe parking. The corridors and bathroom was a bit dirty but overall I would definitely stay again.

Great help from the staff when our car was side swiped. The restaurant was very convenient and very good. A bit of a walk to the things we wanted to see but a nice walk.

room 210 ax didn’t work , room are crazy small and bathroom the same . But ok for 2 people . very clean and staff nice. The only bad thing AC didn’t work and we couldn’t sleep too hot

Nice lobby but poor overall condition.
Nice lobby but the condition of the hotel in general was poor. The room was not very clean and has an uncomfortable bed. Noisy and old air conditioning.

Exceptional service at the reception, I was very early got checked in because of my train time but they made my room ready in 39 minutes while I took a late breakfast, excellent hotel.

Great hotel, room clean and modern. Excellent buffet breakfast and the staff were all lovely. Ideal location too, on the bus route from the airport, close the football stadium and a nice 30 min walk to centre of Elche. A few nice bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Property is clean and basic but it’s all you need for a pre/post airport stay. Breakfast provided was adequate and kept topped up during the time there. Only slightly confusing part was finding the car park but once found and buzzed through it’s fine.
