The apartment is located inside the main farmhouse of the Biroccio Country House. The structure is immersed in the Marche hills, in Urbino (Unesco Heritage).
The 28 hectare property is located within a provincial territorial park, in a context of absolute relaxation between hills and fields cultivated as far as the eye can see.

If you are looking for tranquility, relaxation and contact with nature this place is for you! From here you can visit many places of cultural and landscape interest: Urbino, Urbania, Mondavio, Corinaldo, Sassocorvaro, San Leo, Gradara, Gola del Furlo, just to name a few.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, the surface is 50 square meters, can accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children / teenagers) and consists of: double bedroom, bathroom, living area with kitchenette + sofa bed double bed + private outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs, shaded and panoramic.

In the apartment: shower box, TV, hairdryer and courtesy set, independent heating.

Upon arrival you will find the apartment clean with bed linen and towels (linen changed weekly).
End of stay cleaning € 40 (only from the 5th day onwards).

At guests' disposal: panoramic swimming pool and barbecue.
The outdoor area around the farmhouse, equipped with a large table, chairs and armchairs, is available to guests.

Dinners are organized with a minimum of 8/10 participants, the menu is the same for everyone, you can eat under the gazebo, all together, including the owners. Reservations required.
