Great recently refurbished place!
We spent a weekend with my wife. We go to Spoleto quite often, but this was our first time in this hotel. The hotel is a bit further away from the historical center, but not too much. It is like 20 minutes walking. In addition, it is closer to the Spoleto-Norcia route for those who like to hike and bike. The hotel has been recently refurbished, so it looks very nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We'll definitively come back!

An artistic experience in a comfortable hotel
Wow, you don't often get to stay in a work of art! The hotel has been decorated by a well-known local artist as part of the annual world-famous Spoletto Festival of Two Worlds devoted to the arts. Our room had paintings on the walls and ceiling. Otherwise, it is a comfortable, standard 3-star hotel. The proprietors and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good, as was the restaurant; the kitchen is open (windowed), which is fun.

So-so location; kind owner
Hotel Arca is a ways away from the center of the town, and there isn't much of a sidewalk. The WiFi was so-so and the hallway looks to be under construction. Also be aware that many of the photos on the website are of Spoleto, not of the hotel and are not representative of the hotel or the neighborhood. That said, the owner was really nice and gave me a ride to the station when he saw I had a ton of things with me.

Excellent value and very comfortable
The staff were very pleasant and helpful; the food was very good and the rooms comfortable and very clean. The Arca is good value; business or pleasure; this hotel ticks the boxes.

Not a 3 star property
This is absolutely not a 3 star hotel, it is a 2 star property. I was hosting a guest and was quite embarrassed because of the quality of this hotel. It is far from historic Spoleto and as we arrived at night it was a bit of a pain to walk here from the station. As a two star hotel it is just fine but I searched and paid for a three star hotel.

Tranquillo, pulito. Ottimo per studio, il bar ristorante al piano terra mi ha evitato di perdere tempo cercando cibo in città così ho potuto sfruttare al meglio il mio tempo. Le stanze sono un po’ vecchie andrebbero riviste quel verde poi sta davvero male l’armadio mi ricorda quello del film monsters & co.

L hotel si trova in una posizione ottima le scale meccanizzate che portano al centro della città sono a circa 1.5 km , le camere sono pulite e sembrano rinnovate da poco e di dimensioni giuste, il personale dell hotel è cortese e sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente il ristorante offre piatti ottimi in modo particolare la grigliata lui e lei per 2 persone ci mangiano tranquillamente in 4.Dotato di parcheggio e Wifi.Se dovessi trovare il pelo nella uovo forse nella colazione ci vorrebbe un po più di scelta ma in ogni caso ottima esperienza.

Un ex motel Agip quasi totalmente rimodernato ma che ha mantenuto le sue ragioni di essere, ovvero un albergo per viaggiatori con la comodità di avere nella stessa struttura è un bar-ristorante con edicola e tabaccheria e parcheggio riservato. Personale giovane e cordiale.

駅から徒歩では少し遠いか。
シャワーが綺麗で快適でした。 朝食はわずかしか用意されておらずハムやチーズは初めの何人なしかありつけず。それだけが残念でした。

Hotel mit Charme
Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Hotel wie ein umgebautes Krankenhaus. Wenn man sich mit der dahinterliegenden Geschichte befasst, versteht man, dass dieses Hotel in den 50ern so puristisch konzipiert wurde und dieses Konzept nun renoviert und fortgeführt wird. Dann ist es sogar ziemlich stylisch in diesem Hotel. Das Restaurant war abends sehr gut gefüllt und das Essen war auch sehr lecker.

Hotel Arca consigliato!!
Spoleto stupenda!Hotel leggermente decentrato ma molto comodo per il parcheggio gratis.Le camere sono comode e pulite e permettono una quiete totale.Colazione di qualita' e abbondante.Abbiamo usufruito della cena proposta a prezzo fisso ed e' stato un successo.Il cameriere e' stato molto gentile e ci ha trattato benissimo con piatti azzeccati,prodotti molto buoni ma soprattutto abbondanti.Ottima grigliata di carne!Personale e titolari molto gentili.Soddisfatti dell'hotel Arca,ritorneremo presto.Grazie di tutto!

E' stata una gita molto breve nondimeno altrettanto piacevole per i luoghi visitati per la cortesia degli (spoletini?)e per l'ottima cena che la sera stanchissimi io e mia moglie abbiamo consumato nel V/S ristorante,oltretutto al giusto prezzo,prima di ritirarci nella camera assegnataci molto pulita,dotata di tutti i servizi e molto confortevole!Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Un albergo comodo e tranquillo
Le insegne per trovare l'Hotel sono da migliorare per facilitarne l'individuazione. Il parcheggio antistante quando l'albergo è completo diventa un po' difficoltoso per manovrare. L'accoglienza è stata buona e anche la pulizia della stanza.Leggermente stretto il bagno, ma funzionale. La quiete è stata assoluta. La colazione ottima e abbondante.Si respira un atmosfera con un pizzico di raffinatezza.

Ottimo albergo vicino a Spoleto

ubicazione strategica e servizio impeccabile
La mia presenza, puramente casuale, è stata per una improvvisa necessità di pernottare in prossimità di Foligno. Vi posso assicurare che attraverso l'asse di collegamento a scorrimento veloce la distanza viene completamente neutralizzata, perchè si raggiunge Foligno in circa 15 minuti. Peccato che è stato brevissimo il soggiorno.
