### Secluded studio/granny flat, 4 minute walk from the lieveliest foodie street

Situated in a quiet leafy street, this backyard granny flat is a small oasis right next to the liveliest spot in Perth and a must stop for all foodies - Albany Highway (not a highway though!). During your stay you’ll have the place all to yourself with nobody else around, enjoy the tranquility of the garden and the main outdoor lounge and dinning area. The flat is fully equipped. The kitchen, including a dinning table, opens up to the lounge area (with TV), and the sleeping space. There’s plenty of storage space, with a double sliding-door wardrobe with full-size mirrors, drawers under the bed and plenty of space in the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with a small oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as a washing machine, and the spacious bathroom has a shower with a dual shower head (fixed and handheld).
