Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Parking and food in the restaurant.
Location: Walking distance to Perth arena and Elizabeth Quay.
The hotel advertises limited parking but doesnt tell you it needs to be booked ahead. Us and several other guests were unaware of this and had to park in the public carpark up the street. I suspect they don't have much parking at all.

Noisy hotel and bad matter reception girl

Arrived at hotel as returning guest but was threatend very bad by desk clerk (Wagner). When I asked for a quite room I was threatend even more bad (apparently not allowed to ask). I checked in total 3 rooms (all sides of the building) and noise is realy bad. On two sides you hear the freeway and on the building site the aircon units as window cant be clossed properly. Room was ok, only surprised that parking was an additional fee while Wotif stated not. Overall I would not stay here again, heaps of noise from highway and cheap price attracks bogans who make too much noise.

Best coffee in Perth

Stayed here for 2 nights and it can'tbe beaten for value. The coffee downstairs was spectacula, regardless of who made it. Would stay again.

Great hotel and room, quiet area in Perth, easy to access and great location to get around the city. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Clean, contemporary option near the heart of city

Just stayed here for a quick overnight stay before heading south to Margaret River. Hotel was clean and had a contemporary feel. Quality of service was great, easy check in and got into the room fairly quickly. Location is good as it's walking distance to some of the major attractions of Perth. Only issue we found was a lack of public parking was a bit of an issue only real option is to pay the daily rate for parking at the hotel. The price we paid was reasonable as it also included a cooked buffet breakfast. Would definitely recommend a stay if you're looking for a hotel in Perth.

Room service disappointed

On the first night there was plastic in my gelato, and on the second, my order was mixed up and I was served a dish I did not order. Room service needs to improve.

Was a great way to spend new years eve in the city few drinks in the hotel and a short walk to a few pubs in the city then down to Elizabeth Quay to see in the new year Then a great start to the 1st day of 2017 with a nice breakfast as always
