A 5 min drive to the city and an easy stroll to beautiful Lake Monger, Beatty Park pool and gym.  
The townhouse has everything you require, tea & coffee, toiletries, laundry supplies and spotlessly maintained.  
The Space:  
Free standing 2 storey townhouse.  
Entry is via a programmable secure keypad. No keys, no worries.  
Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds in both.  
Built in robes in both bedrooms.  
The main bedroom has glass sliding door onto a small balcony and outdoor setting.  
Fully renovated modern bathroom upstairs with a shower and toilet.  
Downstairs is the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
