Perth stopover

Posted 20-Jul-2016
Pros: The food was wonderful !
Cons: Nothing
Location: Excellent for shopping and exploring the local area including the waterfront and parks
Excellent location right in the centre of the city and close to the waterfront as well. Shopping close by and used the Hop on bus to explore the area which was a good idea to see as many of the sights as we could in such a short time.

It's nice enough.

Posted 04-Jul-2016
Pros: Location, staff and restaurant.
Cons: It was fine. They could lower the price. That would improve my outlook tremendously.
Location: Everything is close (public transport, shopping, theatre, restaurants, etc.).
The staff were really good and charming. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Public transportation is also very close. Parking was probably the biggest issue. You are probably going to end up in a parking garage. The great thing about staying here is the attached restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast there. Both meals were amazing. I just feel like the price is just too high. Not just here but Perth in general.

Pros: The ambience.
Cons: Liked it as it is.
Location: Handy for Royal Perth Hospital which we had to attend an appointment at.
Top quality dinner and the best breakfast ever. Great room and very clean, as is the whole of the facility.

well located, quiet, friendly

Posted 13-Apr-2016
The Miss Maude is a hotel that defies all the modern logic of what makes a good hotel. The rooms are neat as a pin, wifi works perfectly, the windows are double-glazed (no noise), staff are very helpful, retail therapy close by for those that need that and the restaurant is perfect for those with an appetite to satisfy. Great book stores and food a stones throw away. Did I mention the Pastry Shop downstairs ???

A week with Miss Maud

Posted 09-Apr-2016 on Lastminute
I spent a week at Miss Maud's Swedish Hotel. The hotel is centrally located in the city. The facilities were spotless and the staff super friendly. I even met Miss Maud and complimented her on the comfort and cleanliness of my room and the friendliness of her people. Breakfast each morning was generous, filling and delicious. I will stay at Miss Maud's again.
