Perth stopover

Posted 20-Jul-2016
Pros: The food was wonderful !
Cons: Nothing
Location: Excellent for shopping and exploring the local area including the waterfront and parks
Excellent location right in the centre of the city and close to the waterfront as well. Shopping close by and used the Hop on bus to explore the area which was a good idea to see as many of the sights as we could in such a short time.

It's nice enough.

Posted 04-Jul-2016
Pros: Location, staff and restaurant.
Cons: It was fine. They could lower the price. That would improve my outlook tremendously.
Location: Everything is close (public transport, shopping, theatre, restaurants, etc.).
The staff were really good and charming. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Public transportation is also very close. Parking was probably the biggest issue. You are probably going to end up in a parking garage. The great thing about staying here is the attached restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast there. Both meals were amazing. I just feel like the price is just too high. Not just here but Perth in general.

Great for a short walk to all parts of the city.

Posted 30-Jun-2016
Pros: The ambience.
Cons: Liked it as it is.
Location: Handy for Royal Perth Hospital which we had to attend an appointment at.
Top quality dinner and the best breakfast ever. Great room and very clean, as is the whole of the facility.

Central and charming

Posted 23-May-2016 on Wotif
It's a convenient central location. The building has Swedish charm. The bed was comfortable and the staff helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and both tasty and filling. Will definitly stay there again

cozy + friendly hotel in the heart of Perth.

Posted 19-May-2016 on Wotif
As always, this was a very enjoyable stay at this consistently friendly + helpful central hotel. The staff were kind enough to offer me a late check out ( needed due to a bout of flu) for a modest surcharge. I look forward to staying here again!

Poor customer service

Posted 09-May-2016 on Wotif
Pros: Room was clean and the breakfast was good.
Cons: Staff attitude at main reception and channels available on the TV
After dragging herself away from a back room discussion with another staff member we were met with "What is your Name?" No good afternoon or welcome to Miss Mauds. The TV facility and screen size is from the dark ages with no Foxtel channels as is common today in the majority of hotels.
