### McCallum Park Unit - Riverside Gem!

The popular Swan River at your doorstep and the city view from the foreshore! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place.  
This beautifully renovated ground-floor unit is situated in a highly convenient location. Everything is just a stroll away, from restaurants, shops, parklands, and playgrounds. Plus, easy access to city busses and only minutes away from the CBD, Crown Entertainment Complex and our one and only Optus Stadium. You will love staying here.  
The apartment is located in a small gated secure complex with a swimming pool.  
The cosy main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and builtin wardrobe with the mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds. Kitchen has fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine and electric stove/oven. Living room has a reverse cycle 8 kw air conditioner with cooling and heating capacity of 70 square meters. Both bedrooms have portable fans for warm summer months. The apartment is equipped with a semi laundry with the washing machine.  
  
Apartment patio overlooks McCallum Park and Swan River.  
Apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2-storey building. Gates are secure for the complex and free car space inside the complex or free of street parking for vehicles should you have a car.  
  
Newly built Boorloo Bridge (Causeway pedestrian and cyclist bridge) is sure to impress and its right at your doorstep! Take advantage of the location and walk or ride to the city across the river using the bridge!  
New Active area, plus skate park now open and all at your door step! New BMX pump track for bikes and scooters plus picnic tables and basketball courts.
