The option of direct access from your room to the pool area is applicable to the rooms listed as "Deluxe with Pool Access".As a live music venue with history dating back to the 70s, we make sure to list the entertainment and potential for noise on all platforms also.The free drink on arrival is a special offer for people who book directly via our website and is not included in bookings made via third party agents. We'd love for you to give us another go.

Hi Lennie, the ground floor rooms (particularly those with direct access to the pool and beer garden) are exposed to the entertainment noise a little more than our higher level rooms. Please request a quieter room on your next stay :)

Hi Graham, the pool and spa is available to use at all times during day time hours however due to events scheduled it may not be suitable for those under 18. From the booking schedule I can see that you were provided with full details of the pool parties and unsuitability for children back in November.Advance notice of all events that may impact on anyone's stay is emailed through upon booking to ensure that guests are provided with ample notice to change their bookings.
