Pros: Everything! The Food was Excellent
Cons: Nothing
Location: Perfect location!
Hotel Staff were terrific and very friendly, even had a rude guest in front of me talking down to the concierge and he handle it with class. Room was perfect! The Restaurant Buffet A+++++ Very Yummy! Staff member Jazz made my stay, thank you.

Way past its prime, needs updating

Posted 15-Jul-2016
Dated hotel with no room service. Crappy breakfast buffet with no other food options close by. The view is good- but it's time for a refresh of interior design and staff attitude.

Close to city and casino

Posted 23-Jun-2016
Good staff, nice room, paid for a room with a view of the river and got a view of the city, something that's not included is that you have to pay an additional $35 for the parking

Needs a rerfurbish

Nice central position. Rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, but this hotel really needs a makeover, particularly the bathrooms. It disappoints for a Hyatt

Very well located.

Posted 18-Jun-2016
Pros: As above.
Cons: Hotel is large, hope to see more tourists in and out the hotel. First impression was the interior looked old. Sofa in room esp need refurbish.
Location: As above.
The Hotel room is comfortably furnished and the hotel lobby looking pretty grand and beautiful. The 1st disappointment was we couldn't find tooth brushes and tooth pastes and room slippers, but fortunately we called and were provided. We arrived late at almost 8pm, Perth looked dark to us, but the lobby cafe served buffet dinner, and that helped in a way solve our dinner problem. The location is just perfect with the front facing bus stops to bring us to CBD etc. and with shops cafe around which makes life convenient for us. There are even bicycles for rent by the hotel. Perfect. The back part of the hotel facing the Swan River and we can just take a walk along the river to Barrack's Square, Elizabeth Quay etc. Excellent Hotel for Perth stay.

Good but old

Posted 22-May-2016
Room a good size and has everything you need. Furnishings and particularly bathroom in need of a freshen up to deserve the star rating. Room service food edible but not enjoyable. Avoid the steak sandwich!
